Topiq Subprocessors
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This is the current subprocessor list referenced in the Topiq Data Processing Addendum (Annex 3 and the Subprocessor notice term in Section 2). Basiq updates this page within 30 days of a change.
Basiq subprocessors
These providers run under Basiq's own accounts and process Customer Content for all workspaces.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, storage, backups, logging | All Customer Content | US |
| Anthropic | Large language model inference | Transcript, email and message text and record context sent in prompts | US |
| OpenAI | Large language model inference for specific workflows | Same as above, for those workflows | US |
| Musal (affiliate of Basiq) | Prompt orchestration and model routing to the providers above | Prompt content as above | US |
| Recall.ai | Meeting notetaker, recording and transcription | Meeting audio/video (transient), participant names, transcript | US |
| Stripe | Invoicing and payment processing | Billing contact and payment details (held by Stripe) | US |
Services you connect
Topiq also works with services that you or your users choose to connect. These are not Basiq subprocessors: they run under your own accounts and credentials, and your own agreements with those providers govern them.
Connected by your company
Any CRM, prospecting, enrichment or other service your company connects from the list in the Documentation, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Your company can disconnect any of them at any time.
Connected by individual users
Google Calendar and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Teams, and Zoom, each connected under the individual user's own identity. Each user can revoke their own connection at any time. Basiq never uses one user's credential to access another user's data.
Changes to this list
New or replacement providers for AI model inference and orchestration, meeting recording and transcription, or cloud hosting and infrastructure may be added without advance notice, as long as they meet the conditions in the DPA. For a new subprocessor outside those categories, Basiq gives at least 30 days notice to your Notice Address, and you may object. See Section 2 of the DPA for the full terms.
